Upon deletion of your game account, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or this agreement, your personal information associated with the game account will be deleted or anonymized, and any products and services previously associated with the game account will no longer be linked. Once the game account is deleted, it cannot be restored, so please proceed with caution.
To ensure the deletion process is completed smoothly, please do not log into the game using the account during the agreed account deletion request processing period; otherwise, it will be considered as you have withdrawn the deletion request.

1.Before applying for or continuing to apply for the deletion of your game account, to protect your account security and related rights, you must first check and ensure that the game account you are applying to delete meets the following conditions, including but not limited to: (1) The game account is legally owned and used by you, and complies with the user agreement and relevant rules regarding game accounts. (2) The account meets the deletion conditions: the account is in normal use, not under any violation handling (such as being banned or subject to other punitive measures due to violation of game agreements or rules), and is not at risk of theft or suspension. (3) All related game earnings in the account have been settled or properly handled: including but not limited to recharge balance, game items, membership benefits, and other game earnings. Please properly handle your game earnings; if not handled before deletion, it will be deemed as a voluntary waiver of such earnings. (4) There are no incomplete orders associated with the game account: including but not limited to orders for game virtual items, merchandise, etc. (5) The game account is free from disputes: including complaints, reports, investigations by authorities, arbitration, litigation, etc. (6) Other conditions published by the official game.
You can first try to resolve these issues yourself. If you cannot handle them or have any doubts during the process, you can contact customer service for assistance.
2.You must ensure you have the right to decide on the deletion of the account and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. Any disputes arising from this will be your responsibility.
3.You understand and agree that after the account is deleted, we will not be able to assist in restoring the previously provided services. Please back up any information and data you wish to keep before applying for deletion.
4.After the account is deleted, any linked phone numbers, email addresses, or third-party accounts will be unlinked.
5.We will complete the verification and processing of your deletion request within 15 days from the date of your application. Please note, if you log into the account during the agreed deletion request processing period, the deletion process will be interrupted. Once deleted, your account will return to normal use, and any further deletion requests will be recalculated from the time of the new request.
6.After account deletion, you will no longer be able to use the account and will not be able to recover any content or information related to the account, including but not limited to: (1) You will not be able to log in using the account. (2) Personal profile and historical information (including nickname, avatar, message records, etc.) will be irretrievable. (3) You understand and agree that upon account deletion, any recharge balance, game items, gift vouchers, and other virtual assets obtained will be considered voluntarily and actively forfeited and cannot be used further. Any disputes arising will be your responsibility, and we will not be liable. (4) All content, information, and records related to products under the NATTO Games brand registered with this account will be deleted or anonymized and cannot be recovered.
7.During the account deletion period, if your account is subject to complaints, investigations by authorities, or is involved in litigation or arbitration, we have the right to terminate the account deletion procedure on our own without further consent from you.
8.Please note that deleting your account does not exempt or reduce any responsibilities or liabilities incurred before the account deletion.
